As part of the company's vibrant business development team, this role is expected to expand our customer base in the USA to secure new business as well as identify potential business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain, strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Offer Our portfolio of IT Products and Services to the market: Websites, SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, e-Commerce Solutions, Computers, Servers, Storage, Networking, Support, Professional and Managed Services
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Utilize and incorporate partner relationships to enhance/supplement industry and offerings knowledge, and develop plans/presentations as needed to close deals.
Manage assigned prospects to secure new business deals. - We contact all leads before they are passed onto you. We generally also show them what the product could look like in their business. However, this may include customer visits, lead generation, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and any follow up activity to close the deal
Actively seeking potential new opportunities from current / new customers, by working independently as well as closely with Our sales managers
Ensure timely and proper follow-up for all assigned leads and ongoing quotes, projects and general business.
Use CRM system to manage Sales process and develop pipeline of opportunities
Working together with Our account managers and assistant sales representatives to position / develop Our solutions to the customers
Extensive level of industry acumen; keeps current with trends and able to converse with client on issues and challenges at multiple levels of customer management
Demonstrate strong communications skills with IT managers, as well as C-level executives
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically minimum 3-4 years' experience in the US market in technical consultative selling and solution sales experience in the IT industry
A successful demonstrated career transition from other related industries, working as a client facing technical sales role, might also be considered
Previous experience selling all or some of the following: Hardware, Networking, Servers, Visualization, Websites, SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, e-Commerce Solutions.

Excellent customer relationship skills; able to communicate to all levels to establish and maintain stability and credibility with customers.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
CRM experience will be highly regarded
