White paper - lead generation

Simple lead generation project, No sales involved. Target IT managers in any field based in USA, Gather their email ID, zip code and an authorization to send a white paper research document to them via email. Freelancer should have access to skype and capability to record calls that they make. The payment will be made for every successful lead once the recording and the lead is verified. I will share sample data once the project is awarded. This will be a long term assignment & the payment will be $5.00 per successful lead.
