I need an google ad sense, that makes between 15- 45 dollars a day. here are my terms

Terms:

1) Only white hat

2) Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks, no bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat etc.

3) Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website.

4) Please show me Hard Evidence of income once work has completed, If you are not capable to deliver such task please do not bid.

5) I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my Adsense account and receive my SECOND payment. I will hold the payment until this. Then your payment will be release to you. No partial payments,no milestones nothing before i receive my SECOND payment sorry. When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full plus I will give a little bonus of $100-$150 extra and you will be hired to increase the amount of income earnings of Google Adsense account.

The bidder should consider the following points:

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable .

Payment will be made AFTER watching consistent income being generated in my AdSense account for 60 days and the payment is made (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of minimum $20-$30 USD per day for 60 full days). No partial payments will be made.

Only experience workers with a proven verifiable track record will be considered. THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY PROJECTS. So if the work is done well with good communication and professionalism, then you will be offered further jobs (similar and bigger ones)!!! I will also award bonuses for exceptional service!

BE AWARE: I am looking for good quality! No PARTIAL payments will be accepted! Full payment will be made once above conditions are met!

I must emphasize that site must comply 100 percent with Google Ad Sense conditions.

Have to stress again website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Ad Sense TERMS OF SERVICE. I don't want to risk my Ad Sense account.

TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!

NOTE:

-My budget for the Google AdSense is $100 but if I see that you are reliable and professional I will definitely pay you more,only after Google pays me.

-When you BID please tell me how will you make these projects,in how many days can I see the results and if it's possible to be made without Google Ad Words program or other paid programs.
