iPod / iPad Visual Novel Game

I am looking to create a visual novel game app that can be played on iPhone / iPad devices (and possibly Android phones). The format of this game would be similar to such apps as "Cause of Death" or "Surviving High School," so being familiar with those titles is a plus. I am able to provide the script, background music, and art direction. Requirements: - Able to effectively design, program, and submit apps for IOS. - Able to illustrate both character sprites and environment backgrounds with a high level of polish. - Familiar with the visual novel format. - Excellent communication skills, and a willingness to correspond frequently via email and skype. - Already has a portfolio of at least one game.
