Add Features to Web 2.0 Site

I need features added to a file hosting site Tweetcube dot com. The developer will need to be able to work with the Twitter and Pownce API's and have an understanding of Ajax. Here is what I need added: * Set number of uploads. I want each user to have a maximum number of files they can upload and premium option to purchase more (per month). Also a download counter so users can see how many times a file has been downloaded. * Redo Recent Uploads - so as an appropriate icon (such as picture frame for .jpg) is displayed next to each file. * Inline MP3 player. Uploaded MP3 files will need to play in an inline flash player such as this open source one -[login to view URL] * Inline Files - currently when a file is uploaded the user is given a direct link directly to the file. I would like the user to be given a link to a .php page which contains the file/picture/mp3 (so as to ad advertising). Plus a commenting system included on each file. * Password Protect - The ability for users to password protect files as an option. * Remember Me - currently user has to enter username and password everytime they visit the site. I would like a remember me feature. * Tweak Design - The design will need to be tweaked to remove the ads on the left hand side and put the login box in top right hand corner.
