We need to build a large website for online teaching, it should be built as an LMS with additional features like attendance, user control, enrollment & etc. It should be in 2 languages, English & French, later will add more languages. It must handle 1000's of users. It has to be graphically appealing, so you are expected to be a good designer. it must be fully responsive. We also need to convert a 57 page Word file into course in 2 languages. This is suggested to be built into SCORM, it has to be something extra ordinary with full interactions, it could be built on Storyline, Captivate or similar software. We need the system to be implemented and full functionality to be delivered without any problems, a 3 month provision should be considered in your bid. A maintenance and support for one year after the hand over of the website. Anything else? Please ask or suggest.
