greasemonkey javascript auto login script

I need script for some sites, below is one of them: Need a script that logs in to this site [login to view URL] I provide you with a test account 1-Every time domain [login to view URL] is in the Firefox URL field if I'm not logged in to the site I want the script to redirect and visit to the link below and log in: [login to view URL] 2- After it logs in I would like the script to go here after 1.5 seconds: [login to view URL] 3-Then visit this page: [login to view URL] 4-After visiting the link in Step 3, I need the script to reload the above link every 5 minutes
