Engine face recognition - Java

I have an little project in Java using javacv (with opencv 2.4.7) My project works fine , I did following the example done in internet. Now I need an programmer more experience to implements 2 features: 1 - Improve my face recognition. - Return an image found in database images - Improve performance to search the face (could be work with numbers instead of compare each image file ?) 2 – Detect blinks eyes ( more than twice blink , return true just it !!) If you know image processing or something like about face recognition . you will to do effortless. And if you have some already done, feel free in modify. My project no have bug, works fine. I wait your offer
