25.000 Quality Facebook Fans (Targeted)

Dear freelancers, We are looking for someone who can provide facebook fans for Italian perfume sale fanpages (link will be provided to those who bid.) We start with 25,000 fans and will be ordering more packages once we found the right person and see they are reliable. Payment Terms : 30% Milestone will be released after first 5,000 fans delivered. 30% Milestone will be released after 15,000 fans delivered. 40% after 3 days from completion. Rules that should be followed : * All Facebook Fans MUST be from the Italy ONLY. • All Facebook Fans must be REAL PEOPLE*** with active account Facebook accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended. The payement will not be done if this happened.) * All fans must have at least 10 profile picture. * NO bots**** * Absolutely NO illegal activity or against Facebook's TOS! (The payement will not be done if this happened.) * No spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures. (The payement will not be done if this happened.) * No fan "likes" that will risk my page being deleted. (The payement will not be done if this happened.) * You must use good practices when gathering fans. (If my facebook fanpage is banned, you will not receive payment.
