Produce the sheet music for Rossini's Petite Messe Solenelle

Hello! I am currently unable to provide a portfolio of work I have done in Sibelius, due to technical difficulties, but I can provide a professional result in a short time frame. I originally intended to bid for the Haydn project, and I have already done 4 pages with great attention to detail (to provide in place of a portfolio), but I just realized today that the job was already awarded to a freelancer. After that, I realized you have two other projects open, but now I am unable to produce a sample, because time is running out. If I understand correctly, the deadline is December 12th? Anyway, I am more than happy to provide a sample of this work to you, in order to show quality of my work. I think you will not get better quality from any other bidder., especially considering the bargain price I am offering. I am very interested in more of a long-term cooperation as well.
