We are looking for a talented and detailed-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time hourly position which may lead to a long term full-time salaried position for the right candidate. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - Speaks and writes English fluently and professionally. - Able to write and exchange emails in English in a professional business setting. - Able to understand and follow verbal and written directions effectively. - Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. - Proficient at doing Internet Research and using online tools for finding contact information. - Proficient in managing Social Media Platforms: Facebook & Linked-in. - Knowledge of Photoshop, Accounting software or Word Press is a plus. - Organized, Meticulous and Detailed Oriented. - Have a positive, can-do attitude & work well under pressure. Be a fast learner! - Available from 8pm to 10pm PST on Skype for review of tasks. - Access to a reliable Computer and High Speed Internet connection.
