Following job profile is expected from candidate- Customer Care (Phone and email) -->All customer interactions related to order clarification/ feedback/ review and claims -->Reply customer messages on email/ m2m Courier Tracking -->Courier tracking of DTDC orders Definitions: Order Clarifications: When customer ordered something, but we do not have that in stock and we call customer to convince him/her to take different item (usually very similar or better) instead of what ordered. Feedback: Call customer and convince him to give good feedback to us in the portal if he is satisfied. Review: Call customer and convince him to write a good review about our product in Amazon. OR if he has written bad review then get the review removed or changed to the good one. Claims: Their are guarantee claims in eBay, in which customer is unsatisfied due to some problem with the order, call customer for such claims and resolve the issue as per customer satisfaction level and get the claim closed. Customer Messages: There are customer messages sent via email or m2m messaging system, reply to those messages in timely fashion. Avg Expected Volume of each activity:- Order Clarification : 1 per day Feedback : 50 per day Review : 10 per day Customer messages : 10-20 per day Tracking of DTDC Orders: 10-20 per day. Expected Success rate of Calling: Order Clarification : 100% Feedback : 20% Review : 80% Customer messages : 100% Tracking of DTDC Orders: 80%
