I have made a blackjack and a slots machine game written in c# several years ago. They both use Managed DirectX 9. The slot machine is a simulator for different winning combinations, while the BlackJack game is fully functional. However, both games are not client server. The BlackJack game though could be played across different monitors on the same machine. Both games were implemented as standalone playable in a kiosk PC mode.
