Having Background Knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence topic "Reinforcement Learning" is basic requirement for this project. .The programming language to use for project is "Java" and its also basic requirement for this project. A freelancer with PhD.D degree or candidate is seeked to apply having journal or conference papers.
