Build a new website

Hi Freelancers I'm looking for a Google Adsense expert that could make a brand new website/websites that makes $5-15 day for long period of time. Here are the guidelines, if you accept them, please bid - Only serious freelancers to work with - Provide plan BEFORE the project is started - Must reach the US$5-15 per day of earnings and not for a day or two but for long time. - Only 100 % WHITE-HAT techniques, no black, no grey. No want to risk the ban of my site or account - No spamming! - Freelancer must have a good communication with me, giving me daily reports of his/her work getting done - PLEASE NOTICE: Results must keep for at least a long period, the whole year or forever Payment: - I will only pay after seeing good results. I will pay you half the money after my first google adsense payment of at least US$400 and the second half after the second payment from google adsense. Following the rules of Freelancer.com, paying only when 100% satisfied. - The payment is for the whole work, not just one month of work.
