Add social data to search engine algorithm

We have a high end real estate search engine. We want to combine other data sources into our search algorithm. The data from the data sources will be "weighted" and applied in different ways to achieve unique results. Existing data will also be used in a similar manner. Outside data sources for this project will include facebook integration. Other outside sources will be added in the future. Very detailed instructions will be given for this project. The ideal candidate should code extremely well and efficiently. Code should not only work will but needs to work fast and efficiently. A high level of undestanding of how search engines work technically will be needed for this. The system is built with ASP.NET and currently MS-SQL. We anticipate moving to MySQL (or some variant) in the future so we will need the code to be capable of being easily migrated to MySQL. We are looking for a long term partner.
