Enhancing Folding Machine Motor Strength

I'm currently experiencing an issue with my electric tabletop produce container folding machine design. The motors aren't powerful enough to handle the speed at which we try to run the machine, often leading to unwanted breakage of teeth. The 4 motors we are currently using are from CQRobot, 102:1 geared down motor CQR37D24V-J. I need an experienced/skilled mechanical engineer who can: * Evaluate the current motor setup in depth * Design a robust solution that adds enough strength to the motor * Ensure the new design does not add any complications like overheating * Ensure new design does not drive up costs considerably or take up too much space * Provide step-by-step instructions for installation and maintenance * Suggest a USA motor vendor for the motors since can take up to 2 weeks to get current ones. Ideal candidate would have: * Experience in small motor mechanics * Knowledge of paper folding machines unnecessary but beneficial * Strong problem-solving skills * Background in electrical engineering is a plus.
