Hi I have many experiences with similar characters (lego like minifigures). I can send you samples but only privately and only samples that are already available for sale. I will use Solidworks only and can get you step file and 2D drawing eventualy.

Hello, I have very good hands in need to take the model i have stl and have someone re create it so i can edit some things and smooth out pollys for production. only have the stl file for this.
