I worked for over 5 years using sketchup and I did alot of projects would be similar for this house and if I got this right you need a 3d model for the future development inernally and for the exterior also. I will be happy to meet your expectations if you provide a more dimensions or a references for the interior would be good to start build the furniture you need and the design you prefer. I really find it as a great opportunity for me. I am an architect graduated from a year and worked in different projects locally and freelancing a little I have worked a couple of projects with a construction company in Philadelphia and it gave me a great experience to work with different materials, finishing techniques, measurements and more.
