I need a professional in architectural 3D modeling and paint rendering. The task involves constructing a detailed digital representation of a multi-complex building, followed by detailed paint visualization. (2d AutoCad drawing will be provided) Key Requirements: - Create a 3D model of a multi-complex building for architectural visualization. - Perform paint rendering in a modern style to reflect my specific color choices. (require 2 renderings with 360 view for all the buildings) - Use your artistic judgment to enhance the rendering but adhere to the color direction provided. - Provide marketing material-quality images and video walkthroughs after completion. Ideal Candidate: - Proficient in architectural 3D modeling and complex paint rendering. - Experienced with modern architecture styles. - Skilled in producing high-quality marketing visuals. - Strong communication to understand specific color requirements. - Creative eye for design enhancement, yet able to stick to given guidelines. I only need soft copies in PNG format file, where the images can be seen on a 360 angle so the colours are clearly visible on the wall surfaces I need the project completed by 13th January 2024. I will provide the actual building image and 2d drawing with the original paint rendering when the building was built We will set 3 milstones Milestone 1 : Submit 3d model & 1st draft of all building paint rendering based on color codes Milestone 2 : Submit 2nd draft all building paint rendering based on color codes ( this includes taking into consideration all the comments and queries) Milestone 3 : Deliver final high quality visuals with 360 view if the entire complex with the 2 color scheme renderings I need an experienced and dedicated freelancer who would be able to carry out this project successfully. Only those with relevant experience to submit their proposal. A portfolio or project reference is needed before the project is awarded.
