I’m looking for someone to help manage reservations at our hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. Duties include: Respond to guest messages on our various sites, review reservations for accuracy (including the various third party sites we work with), troubleshoot problems with the third party sites, charge deposits and cancellations, and confirm that all guests have paid the correct amount. Background: Qupqugiaq Inn is a small anti-boutique hotel located in Anchorage, Alaska. We have 37 rooms.
