We have RTSP stream (up to 640*480) from a few survaliance cameras, and we watch it through browser. One stream from one camera at the moment, then switch to other camera stream if needs. This solution works on VLC-plugin, and we can use only old IE11 for now. We need completed solution without additional pay services, which will work with any modern browser in Win7 and Win10.
