We are a private boat club that also has 5 touring caravans that are onsite under a license exemption certificate. We would like to have planning to allow 12 yearly pitches and 8 guest touring caravans for seasonal use. We have done a pre-planning application and came back that we are on a flood zone, so we might be refused, however, the ordinance survey information is incorrect and we have since had a full site laser survey to show where the caravans will be, does not flood. Hello, I make videos multiple times a week and need help with editing them. I have done all of the editing up to now and have a basic formula i follow. I have well over a dozen videos you can use as examples but basically its as follows. 7 Second or less Intro "This is a short clip of my talking" 14-20 Seconds of content "these are short 1 second or so clips of the house im touring" 2-3 seconds of an outro "this i usually an overlay of a circular image and some small text underneath" The video files are all 1920x1080 Vertical 60FPS or higher.
