I'm looking to extend my home to create more living space. I'm specifically interested in adding a single room to the property. The design I'm aiming for is modern and minimalist, so I'm looking for a freelancer with experience in this aesthetic. What I want ideally is to connect a carport to the house and creating a loft style upstairs whilst maintaining the carport on the ground level. The cottage I own is story so I want the loft to connect o the upstairs part of the cottage. I could provide pictures and measurement once I have found the right person. I live in Townsville which is tropical and in a cyclone area so this will need to be taken into consideration.
