After extensive tests he was diagnosed with IBD/IBS, Chronic Pancreatitis, B12 Deficiency and is still ongoing testing for other illnesses. These are all issues that are manageable with the right treatment and he is starting to improve, but we need help to keep getting this treatment to get him back to his loving self.
