There are variables required for initialization, such as whether or not they have underlayment in their cart or if the item is hardwood flooring (perhaps using categories from product pages?) to where if they do have hardwood flooring it asks them if they need underlayment. Additionally, if they were to have hardwood flooring and underlayment it could prompt to see if they wanted trim. It would need the possibility of dismissal by the customer if they wanted, or a redirect "take me there" button.
