We have today a financial application using SQL express 2019, the sql DB is today approx 1,6 GB when dumped to backup. It takes today roughly 17-20 sec before the database is loaded into to application and the data is visible. The company that has created to program doesnt seem to have knowledge of how to clean up the database and optimze. The database has been upgraded and upgraded since 2008 and there is no way to rebuild the databse unless we start with an empty database and add all the customers in manually into to the program again. Which is not an option cause it would take very long time to do. We have a home which requires landscape design work. There is a portion of the property which is ALR (Agriculture Land Reserve) and will be landscaped by the developer as per attached document. Windows 2008 server OS running on equally old dell server needs fixed. It ran for 5 years fine then all of a sudden it went offline. Turns out it reboots about a minute after it boots up and just keep doing that, so you can not log in and do anything. But I have a windows system restore image on a usb in the machine and the windows OS disk is in the cd drive, so the windows just needs restored from that image. It is my opinion the hardware is not the problem so it is either the OS got corrupted or some virus is possible i suppose but unlikely. I ran disk check from bios and data is fine and it has a SAS raid controller with bios utility that also says the physical disk and virtual disk is fine, and i had the host put new memory sticks in it and inspection was the fans running fine...
