I am a mechanical design team leader in JR Automation, a company by Hitachi. I have 7 years of experience in mechanical design, 3 of them as team leader. I usually design assembly lines and working stations in automotive industry, but also designed machines for medical use. My work consists in studying customer SOW, design the concept, design finished product (machined parts, choose equipment to integrate in projects), 2D drawings for all machined parts and BOMs. I was involved in projects such: Valeo - EGR assembly line TRW (ZF) - Land rover SW mounting and testing Valeo - MRA 1 front end module assembly PSA - EAT 6 gearbox assembly line Daimler - laser marking station Continental - PCB pressing and testing Continental - mra2 connector packing station Mahle - Hyundai filter assembly and laser marking Mahle - clean side duct assembly and leak test FSA - medical mask station Mahle - fiat intake assembly and leak test Renault - traceability and laser marking less
