Module und Kurse Xpert ECP Das System des Europäischen Computer Passes besteht aus acht Modulen: Starter Grundlagen Windows und Internet Kurse und Prüfungstermine Lernzielkatalog Starter Musterprüfung und Lösungen Starter (ZIP-Datei) Textverarbeitung Basics Software: in der Regel Microsoft Word Kurse und Prüfungstermine Textverarbeitung Professional Software: in der Regel Microsoft Word Kurse und Prüfungstermine Tabellenkalkulation Software: in der Regel Microsoft Excel Kurse und Prüfungstermine Datenverwaltung Software: in der Regel Microsoft Access Kurse und Prüfungstermine Präsentation Software: in der Regel Microsoft PowerPoint Kurse und Prüfungstermine Kommunikation Software: in der Regel Microsoft Outlook Kurse und Prüfungstermine Der Weg zum Pass Jedes Modul kann mit einer Prüfung abgeschlossen werden. Für jede bestandene Prüfung wird ein Einzelzertifikat ausgestellt. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Pflichtmoduls “Starter” sowie zwei weiterer Module Ihrer Wahl wird der Europäische Computer Pass Xpert vergeben. Diese drei Module müssen innerhalb von 1 ½ Jahren abgeschlossen werden. Wenn Sie nochmals zwei weitere Module Ihrer Wahl erfolgreich absolvieren, erwerben Sie den Europäischen Computer Pass Xpert Master. Zum Abschließen dieser Module haben Sie weitere 1 ½ Jahre Zeit. Materialien und Prüfungen Die Inhalte der Module sind in Lernzielkatalogen festgelegt und werden regelmäßig aktualisiert. Für jedes Modul stehen Schulungsunterlagen zur Verfügung, die auf die Lehrgangs- und Prüfungsanforderungen zugeschnitten sind und während der Prüfung verwendet werden können. Jedes Modul kann mit einer freiwilligen schriftlichen Prüfung abgeschlossen werden. Die Prüfungsteilnahme ist bei entsprechenden Vorkenntnissen auch ohne vorherigen Kursbesuch möglich. Für jede bestandene Prüfung wird ein Zertifikat ausgestellt. Die Prüfungen werden am PC durchgeführt und dauern 90 Minuten (Onlineprüfungen in den Testcentern der Berliner Volkshochschulen) bzw. 120 Minuten (übrige Prüfungen). Die Prüfung zum Baustein “Kommunikation (Outlook)” dauert 60 Minuten. Das Prüfungsentgelt beträgt 39,00 € (Änderungen vorbehalten). Zur Prüfungsvorbereitung sind Musterprüfungen verfügbar. Für die Module gibt es separate Prüfungstermine oder es werden Sammel-Prüfungstermine festgelegt, an denen Prüfungsinteressenten für unterschiedliche Module teilnehmen können.
