A Cabin Sketch and then blueprints

Part 1 of 2 of a project - I need a sketch

I am looking for a skilled architect or designer to create a sketch and then I will need architectural blueprints.

Please use my sketch attached for the shape of what I am looking for.

The project will be split in 2 pieces

(1) I need to pick a final rendering, So I need ideas, sketches, based off of what I am sending here
Please only submit part 1 of this project

(2) Once a final design is chosen, I need the architectural plans to give to an engineer

Size:
- The desired size of the cabin is 1,000-1,200 sq feet. It does not have to be exact.

Materials:
- The client prefers the use of standard, off-the-shelf materials for the construction.

Levels:
- The cabin should have only one level.

High ceilings (see # 3)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing cabins or small residential structures
- Proficiency in creating detailed blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of standard building materials and construction techniques
- Ability to create a cozy and functional interior space within the given size constraints

Here are instructions for the design:

Please see the attached sheet titled "Drawing" "#1" as the main plan for the house. This will be the basic shell of what I want.

But, use #2 (only the part in yellow) for the Bedroom/laundry and back patio set up. Please add an office/hangout space behind the kitchen, in the hallway outside of the bedroom hallway.

Please use #3 as a roof, ceiling height, and window guide. Use #3 as a guide for the big windows that walk out into the outdoor front patio (through the livingroom). Remember, I do not want many windows inside the main living area though. See "Drawing" instructions. You can put windows by the kitchen though.

#4 I like the wooden railing. You can use this for the front and back patios.

#5 I love this wooden bar, you can put something like this in the front patio (the patio by the livingroom)

#7. I like the overall feel of the house. This can help you with exterior ideas. I want a cabin, wood, feel.

Please put a hot tub in the back patio (the patio between the 2 bedrooms). Can you also make a door that goes from each bedroom, directly to the outdoor patio? If there is room.

i will be working on it, and i will provide the most realistic rendered photos, but in order for work to progress we will need regular replies from you, and please don't abandon the project like most of contest holders do after seeing couple scam submissions
