Write an iPhone and Android application and Website Application - repost

Please see attached files. I need an application developed for my clients who will use their mobile phones to record Audio files. The Audio files are instructions to my Virtual Assistants who will listen to the audio recording and then perform the task. The client can record : a Meeting to set-up task or a Quotation to make task or an Invoice to Send Task The Virtual Assistants are going to receive the tasks (one at a time) and will 1) Listen to the Audio 2) Either set-up the meeting (if it is a meeting task) or Create the Quote if it is a Quote Task; or Create an Invoice if it is an Invoice Task 3) We will record each completed task against the correct Virtual Assistant ID in order to pay them correctly at the end of the month.
