Please fully read the job description! I'm in need of a skilled virtual assistant. The tasks you'll be tackling will include: - Data entry: you'll be responsible for inputting new data into our system and maintaining the accuracy of the existing data. - Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): I'm looking for someone with a knack for writing detailed and clear SOPs that can be easily understood by others. - Setting up email lists. - May be added: Email management: sorting, flagging, and responding to emails from potential customers in a timely manner. I am looking for a long term assistant for around 6-8 hours per week initially. It would be great if you could work one or two hours per day on multiple days during the week. I'm expecting you to have: - Excellent organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Good knowledge of English. - A password manager in use or be willing to install one (free software). We'll be communicating primarily through emails or instant messenger, so I expect you to keep me up to date on your progress and any issues that might arise. You'll be working for a small IT startup, with a fully remote team. You must be located within the EU. No agencies please! You will be required to sign an NDA as our customers value confidentiality. You will need to install some software (free) we use for document sharing. Please provide at least one reference, either from work done via this site or elsewhere.
