This drawing will be used for a building permit application of a side-by-side double garage(40*22 ft plus 2ft apron), hence it should comply with all Alberta(Canada) building regulations. The curb is also required even if this is not mandatory by code. The slope should be considered in the foundation for adequate drainage. Ideal candidates for this project should have: - Registration as a Professional Engineer in Alberta Canada - Proven experience in producing detailed technical drawings for permit applications - Experience with integrating curbs or slopes into foundation designs Please provide a detailed proposal outlining your experience and approach to this project, including a timeline and a cost estimate.
