Site Development Notes === Quick Recap of the Website ====================== Sellers post their item for sale. Buyers will give their “Best Offer”. When seller logs into his account, he will see the items he has listed and the offers for each item and will choose which offer he will accept. Users cannot trade personal information. Users will have a member login area where all their account setting, posting/listings and bids are kept track of. the site will use paypal as the merchant account. A percentage of the sale price will go to the owner of the website and the rest to the buyer. This site should have a FULL administrative back end where various setting can be controlled. (similar to what i've seen in an auction back end) Once category needs special treatment, which is the vehicle or Cars. (see document) PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR MORE DETAILED INFORMATION. Not every detail of the site has bee written out - only what we need special attention to. We need a fully functioning, non hackable and safe site to be developed.
