PSD to wordpress (Quality work)!

Need help to build a wordpress theme from PSD / adobe fireworks themplate. - Needs to be easy to edit and user friendly on the admin area. - No extra code anywhere or everywhere. - The site needs to be very fast loading times - Need to be mobile frendly as well. (responsive) - You must also insert facebook comment system, and social share buttons - I also want that the theme is setup with all the components that twitter bootstrap have. [login to view URL] - Payments will be in full at completion no escrow or milestone. - There will be two sidebars to the right of the theme, and this must be easy to change to the widget menu on wordpress. - We also need a shoutbox function on the site, this has to be spamfree! (maybe you can use the shoutbox that we use today?) - We also need to get updates from an another site, we have a old site today where you can see what we want. I have made the frontpage and the news side in fireworks, I have upload the images that i have, so plase send me an message and i will show you. We need someone that will do their own quality control, their own testing. If we have to keep telling you about errors or sloppy work then we will never give you any more work. You must be reliable, responsible and looking to build long term working relationship. Payment will be when finish the site, no milestone!
