Dear sir, I carefully reviewed your project specification and also the website you mentioned (cssdeck). It would be a pleasure using my 7+ years of experience in php/MySQL coding plus my sharp jquery/angularJs skills. I'm planning to code the user management system in php/MySQL . I have already in mind the MySQL schema of the database and if you want I might share it with you. For the front end I want to use angularJS to manage the three panel (HTML,CSS,js) and inject them realtime in an iframe. This way the users would get an immediate feedback of what they are coding. As a professionals coder I often use other playgrounds and almost each one of them have an annoying PLAY button that force the user to loose the focus on the field is editing to see the output. By using this technology the user would have an immediate feedback as he was editing the page with the browser inspector or firebug without leaving the editing area. For the "code" field I would use the "code mirror" editor which features a variety of formatting options and code highlighting specific to HTML CSS and JS The layout would be made use the CSS framework BOOTSTRAP.
