Rewards Program App Admin Website : Create Customer Logins Customer can login and Create Locations In Location you will have "Reward Locations" Only web admin can remove reward locations can view reward location rules as defined in reward locations app admin can view all clients and their rewards admin can give and take client reward points to client id administer Management Logins per customer 1st App: Reward Location Customer Logs in Creates Reward Location Will have Number of UNITS rewarded for being at that location for x minutes this is an Android APP that basically is sending a bluetooth signal for the customer app to catch so the customer app knows what location the customer is at. 2nd App "Customer Rewards" app would have built in Customer ID (There may be multiple IDs defined in Admin and do not want to give rewards from different customers) Customer can see their rewards and read News that admin defines Customer rewards app can get push notifications from the Customer admin login When Customer Rewards app is near a Rewards Location device and follows the rule it will earn the rewards defined by that Customer Location Customer can see their rewards Customer can go to a Use My Rewards Screen which will give QR code of client number and show client code. Each user loading the Customer Rewards app will have to register and get a unique client number 3rd app Rewards Management Basically an app that allows Management Login to take a picture of the QR code on Customer Rewards app and take a defined amount of credits from the client account. Example of Use. Person wants to go into a baseball game. And the baseball field offers rewards for doing specific things. Person can download app and go around the park and visit areas. Baseball park defines areas that give away points for being in those ares. Baseball park would put the rewards location devices and define what those awards will be Person gets awarded points and can see how they are doing at any time. Person can go to a special rewards desk to collect their winnings (say a free hot dog for 1000 points) Management would scan the clients qr code and type in the number of points to take for what ever the person wants to get. apps would use blue tooth to communicate with each phone when in that area
