Write an Android application.

I'm looking for an experienced developer (with design skills) to work on a few mobile apps.. I'll provide you some wireframes, but I need you to improve it and build me a real nice design.. this is the first app, so if you delivery good code and on time, you'll also get the next projects.. it's a simple tablet app and it works like a time card.. basically, in the first access, the admin will setup his password and the app settings.. then he'll give it to his employees to use it.. each employee will login (the first time they'll need to fill their profiles), on the next access they just need to type their IDs... everytime an employee logs in, you registers it to the database.. it will have: - splash screen - first screen (image, text, and a start button) - authentication screen - profile screen - some admin screens (to setup app layout and a few more stuff, change admin password, display a simple report, etc) - a few more... obviously there's a few more details, we'll discuss later.. this is just to give you an idea... these are the requirements: - Android native code (not webapps like phonegap) - good, clean, organized and commented code easy do maintain and update, easy to add/remove features, etc... I'm a developer myself, so I won't accept junk code.. if you can provide a sample code you've built it's a plus (don't need to send a whole app, I just wanna see something you coded).. - authenticate activation key on webserver - multi language ready you'll create at least 2 different xml with all text strings, for us to be able to test it.. (we'll add a lot more translations later..) - Database local database with periodic two way sync with webserver
