Registration of Partners: The company actively seeks partnerships with businesses like XYZ Clinic. Upon agreement, XYZ Clinic is onboarded into the membership program, where they agree to offer discounts to members and pay a commission to the company for each transaction facilitated through the program. The terms of the partnership, including the commission structure, are outlined in a formal agreement. Member Enrollment: Users interested in accessing discounts and benefits offered by the membership program enroll through the company's mobile app or website. During enrollment, they provide necessary information to create their profiles, such as name, contact details, and preferences. Membership Tiers: The membership program may feature multiple tiers, such as Silver, Gold, and Platinum, based on criteria like usage frequency, spending levels, or engagement with partners. As members engage with partners and accumulate points or usage, they may be upgraded to higher tiers, unlocking additional benefits and discounts. Discount Redemption: When a member visits a partner establishment, such as XYZ Clinic, they present their virtual membership card or scan a QR code using the mobile app. This action signals to the partner that the member is part of the program and eligible for discounts. Discount Calculation: Upon verifying the member's status through their partner mobile app or system, XYZ Clinic calculates the discount applicable to the member's transaction. For instance, a member who frequently visits XYZ Clinic and spends a significant amount may be upgraded from Silver to Gold status. Commission Calculation: The company earns a commission from XYZ Clinic for each transaction facilitated through the membership program. The commission is calculated based on the total discounted invoice amount.
