And the app features Stripe Connect accounts so on task completion, experts get their 80% in their account and 20% goes to the app owner account automatically. In your case, the difference is that experts pay a fix monthly fee instead of paying commission on each transaction. Correct me if I am wrong. Customers can browse experts using category, sub-category and available experts will show up on a map. Experts can login to see their current open orders as well as past completed orders. Expert will initiate a task completion request. If accepted by customer then task is considered as complete. Customers can login and see the experts they hired and have the option to accept the work as complete, then rate/feedback.
