Targeted Traffic as soon as possible

I have a new women's clothing website. I would like targeted traffic as soon as possible. The target will be very specific. Women 25-45 Eco Friendly Green Sustainable Fashion and specific designers that I use. Anyone can produce a great amount of traffic to a site. The key is it for it to be targeted. This could be an ongoing project if actual sales are made. Once you begin I would need to know exactly what you are doing to produce the traffic to confirm that you are targeting correctly. I need the traffic as soon as possible and certainly steadily for the future. The designers that I am using are not the big designers so there will not be high competition for the designer names. Please describe what you will do for me to produce this traffic. Also indicate your way in which you will do keyword analysis.
