simple php project - open to bidding

Hello, I need a php developer for a simple project. What it will need to do : Showing the balance of an main wallet in the index page . and every time some one deposit to that address it change the value in index . Also their deposit wallet address deposited to an text file. And if its possible at a countdown timer it's send automatically funds to randomly selected wallet addresses from text.
