I need a bilingual customer service representative fluent in English and Spanish to handle various tasks in my business. Please note, the ideal candidate should be available full time, 9-5 Eastern Standard Time. Key Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers - Responding to emails promptly and professionally - Providing live chat support to customers on our platform The successful candidate should have: - Proficiency in both English and Spanish - Demonstrated experience in customer service - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision This position is full time and requires the representative to work five days a week from 9-5 EST.
