XML formatet with iso-8859-1 encoding

We are basically uploading real estate images to their system. We need some sort of coding which I have no idea that can make the integration seemles into their system. The real estate can use a reference number which we can use to upload the images. When the real estate has created a reference number the system will call a http script at us. We will then deliver a XML formatted something as an attachment XML document. The program will then automatically download the images. These will then be added automatically into the active project. So when we upload the images there is some technical specifications that we need: Generelt:  Status - OK dersom alt er OK.
