Wordpress Woocommerce Home page re-design & SEO Speed Optimization (Pagespeed 90+ & Target A in GTMetrix) & small site fixes needed

Dear SEO / speed optimization expert, We are running a Wordpress Woocommerce digital store (with over 10,000 listings) on a dedicated server with great server specs. Currently our GTMetrix score is F and pagespeed score is less than 20 for all our product pages. We'd like to have a WP WooCommerce speed expert to work on our website and achieve the following results for our website (product listing & details pages and home page): Gtmetrix score - A & PageSpeed - 90+ We would prefer the web optimization expert to work on our site on our machine through TeamViewer / zoom and the developer should work in our machine & on call with us and update us and help us understand each change he intends to make in our website What we have in mind would be something like this: 1)Theme change to a faster WP theme such as Soledad / Kadence / Astra and Front page design consistent with our earlier design. 2) Home page re-design also requires along with theme changes. i) Refer attachments for home page design ii) We need provision to update text's through out the page iii) Rating row should be auto carousel with provision of 50 ratings boxes iv) Category page needs to navigate when we click more on Browse companies by category v) make sure all these home and category pages are responsive vi) Hopefully GTMetrix speed will get improve after these changes are completed.
