Need a VERY EXPERIENCED Wordpress programmer

For over 4 years I've been working on redesigning a very old website of mine called U2Station.com. I originally launched this site in the year 1997 before I installed Movable Type and then later Wordpress to maintain the site. Since my switch to Wordpress, I've been in the process of manually re-writing every entry on my site (Tours, Discography, Tracks, etc.). There are over 3,000 entries I'm in the process of manually re-writing into Wordpress from the old Movable Type site. I have spent tens of thousands of hours toiling over accurate content in this new redesign. I have a theme from CSSIgniter (Chords) that has been customized by the people over there. However, they no longer are able to help me any longer since my site's customizations require too much focus. The first main task I'd like to achieve is to link songs in setlists throughout the Tours section into a custom database where users could read statistics on the songs (ie. how many times it was performed, where it was performed, when it was performed, etc.) An example of what I'm talking about can be found on [login to view URL] with how the songs are all interlinked to a master database of data and statistics. The second main task I'd like to achieve is creating a navigation area from one concert to another (previous & next) located in a sidebar on the right column (similar to what I've done in the Discography section).
