Teach me setting up Git/BitBucket for Wordpress/Yii

Hello, I need someone who can teach me how to setup: I have bitbucket account and managed some repositories there but now I want following: We have multiple teams working on one project. So I want some one who can tell me following: Scenario A: We will setup a new WP/Yii/anything on our development server. Programmers work inhouse/remote on that development server/their localhost. Deploying it on live server Scenario B: We replicate liver server on our development server. Make changes and then push it. Scenario C: I setup at my localhost, push on development server, then on live server. Scenario D: I just setup development server, multiple people work on it, we need to manage that. Requirements a) I want to get database database as well as files synced. b) So I need to learn how to set it all up. I need to sync whole wordpress folder so any plugin updates/core updates get subversioned. c) I have few doubts/questions on over-writing files when 2 people working together. e.g. myself working on localhost/someone without git installed on live site. Or both of us on live site at same time. d) I don't want to use deployhq or any paid service for deployment. There are git commands which we can configure for deployment. You need to teach me those. Don't bid if you aren't a expert in git.

hello there, I am a fit expert here to help you on this. I am already engaged to a similar project. I think it's possible to manage your project easily. But I do think that syncing database is possible if you use a file based database. But of course, you can use git hooks to dump and include that database from mysql automatically. But it'll take time. you need to be but committed to achieve all these. if you are ready to pay a fee which I have bid. we can start asap. No delays. I will be available during 2:30pm ist until 9pm in weekdays. whereas the weekends May change. I am not sure what you meant there, on overwriting files. But I am damn sure that the live server files are also in a git repository. whenever you try to keep two folders sync using git, both must be a repository. regards, Gnanakeethan

There will be some scripting needed for this to be achieved, which would/might fall out of just git commands. I've worked on git for about 2 years now and am sure I can help you.
