Still in the early stages of research, but I would like to get an idea of the estimated cost for this project. I would like to create a windows based desktop app that can categorize & search through a number of procedure documents. The procedures will need to be linked to master documents. The master documents are the only ones that can be edited. All updates to the master documents will reflect in the application. Updates should be highlighted for 30 days. I would like the application to be as simple and clean as possible. Thanks
