Website keyword monitor

We need someone who can program a web based application that can monitor press releases and editorial mentions for a number of companies (about 41) in a select number of UK websites. The script/program will be based on a Unix server, and needs to have a page available to specify URL's and keywords (actually company names). Then the application crawl the sites (either continuously or daily, whatever can be achieved). Example URL's are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] A web page should be available that displays the search results – This could either show full URL’s to a match, or take text that the keywords are in and display that (with a link). Text would be preferable if possible. As a last point, the results of this web search will be added to a database of news items arranged by date and keyword (company name). If there is any way of taking the text and putting it straight into the database (with the relevant date), that would be very useful. I guess that way the results page could simply be a query page of the database. So in summary, A page to specify keywords (they will actually be company names), and a page (perhaps the same one) to specify URL's. A script to search the URL's at regular intervals and to process results. Either a results page with URL's or preferably text OR a database that results are added to (with an autodate field) with a query page. It should be pretty simple, and all we need are the basics - not graphic design or frills.
