I have a limited knowledge of SEO. I recently changed my hosting to siteground. They have made some changes on cacheing and server changes. I have Yoast plugin and when I run a google speed test I get very low scores for mobile(15) and desktop(29). The desktop score has been as high as 81 (prior to this last few changes). The loading speed as per the evaluation tool they use indicates loading speed of 1.7 seconds with a score of 87 (whatever that means) and the page seems to load Okay, pretty fast. So site ground recommends I hire someone else to do any thing further. My concern is that Google seems to control whether my site shows up therefore, it seems important that Google score of page high so they will determine to keep showing my page.
